From 7 November 2024, a prescription for medical M can only be issued during an in-person visit.

Choose a convenient date, register online, and pay for your visit. To speed up the process, complete the medical questionnaire sent to you via link.

Attend your visit
Arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. If there are no contraindications, the doctor will issue your e-prescription during the consultation.

Get your prescription
Collect your medicine at a pharmacy within 30 days. If there are any issues, you can request a free replacement prescription.
